Sorry for not keeping up on the fishing reports. We have been extremely busy guiding for the past handful of months. I am going to skip the updates and go straight to how the river the fishing now and the projections into the spring.
We are currently experiencing an extreme cold front and I had an emergency appendectomy last week so the business is shut down for a week, but we will come back with a vengeance.
The bead bite has been phenomenal. We caught two fish over 30 inches on consecutive days. That bite will be winding down shortly, but we will begin seeing shad any day. This is the most fun time of the year. I have a handful of March dates available and then am almost totally booked until mid June.
